SUBFRAME
Formed 4 to 6mm “C” section- High yield steel - Equivalent to ST- 52 with guaranteed yield strength of 350 MPA. The sub frame is fastened to the chassis
PLATFORM
The platform is constructed with cross members 4mm “C” section duly strengthened and reinforced to the main chassis, The entire platform is covered by 1.2 to 4mm sheet, ply wood 6 to 12 mm. thick as customer Demand
BODY PANELS
Side, top, head board panel & tail door will be made of 1 to 2mm Thk. GP/GI sheet or EBR250 IS2062 grade material duly strengthened and reinforced with formed stiffeners. Hinged door shall be provided for rear door with 50 x 50 or 96 x 48 box structure covered with 1.2 to 4 mm Thk
PAINTING
Subframe & platform shot Blasting & painted with epoxy paint. Side, top, head board, tail sheet checked with cold phosphating painted
OTHER FITMENTS
SUPD, RUPD, Toolbox, U Clamps, Side markers, Tail lamp assembly brackets, Reflectors etc. will be provided
