SUBFRAME
Formed 4 to 6mm “C” section- High yield steel -Equivalent to ST- 52 with guaranteed yield strength of 350 MPA. or ISMC150X75. The sub frame is fastened to the chassis
PLATFORM
The platform is constructed with cross members 4mm “C” or “L” section duly strengthened and reinforced to the main chassis, The entire platform is covered by 1.2mm. GP sheet, ply wood 12 mm. thick & top 4mm. thick AL Sheet
BODY PANELS
Side, top, head board panel & tail door will be made with 1.2mm. Thk. GP/GI sheet or EBR250 IS2062 grade material + 125mm. cavity + 6mm. thick plywood+1.2mm SS sheet and Hinged door shall be provided for rear door with 50 x 50 or 96 x 48 box structure covered with 1.2 to 4 mm Thk GP or HRC sheet with suitable locking
PAINTING
Subframe & platform shot Blasting & painted with epoxy paint. Side, top, head board, tail sheet checked with cold phosphating painted
STANDARD ACCESSORIES
SUPD, RUPD, Toolbox, U Clamps, Side markers, Tail lamp assembly brackets, Reflectors etc. will be provided
