SUBFRAME
Formed 4 to 6mm “C” section- High yield steel -Equivalent to ST- 52 with guaranteed yield strength of 350 MPA. The sub frame is fastened to the chassis
PLATFORM
The platform is constructed with cross members 4mm “C” section duly strengthened and reinforced to the main chassis, The entire platform is covered by 2 to 4mm sheet
BODY PANELS
Side & head board panels will be made of 1.2 to 3mmThk Ms sheet duly strengthened and reinforced with formed stiffeners. Hinged door shall be provided for rear door with 50 x 50 box structure covered with 1.2 to 3 mm Thk HRC sheet with suitable locking
PAINTING
Grit Blasting as per SA 2.5 standard, to clean rust & mill scale. one coats of metal primer with 40 microns (DFT) & Final two coats of Enamel paint with 90 microns (DFT)
STANDARD ACCESSORIES
Toolbox, U Clamps, Side markers, Tail lamp assembly brackets, Reflectors, Rope Hooks and etc. will be provided
