The platform is constructed with cross members 4mm āCā section duly strengthened and reinforced to the main chassis, The entire platform is covered by 1.2 to 3mm sheet, ply wood 6 to 12 mm. thick as customer demand
BODY PANELS
Side, top, head board panel & tail door will be made of 1 to 2mm Thk. GP/GI sheet or EBR250 IS2062 grade material with corrugated form. Hinged door shall be provided for rear door with 96 x 48 box structure covered with 4 mm Thk GP or HRC sheet with suitable locking
PAINTING
Base frame & platform shot Blasting & painted with epoxy paint. Side, top, head board, tail sheet checked with cold phosphating painted
